The FASTer Way to Fat Loss

So here we are again, another plan to get healthy and lose weight, but this one is working! There are a few things I REALLY like:

  • No food is forbidden

  • No nutrient is outlawed

  • The community support

  • The accountability piece

I found this program through an IG blogger that I follow and decided "why not?", truthfully I have tried A LOT of diet plans. So I started again on Nov. 27, 2017 with a prep week (and you will need it to get your head around the program and to get plugged in to the community). From that first day until seven weeks later, I followed the food program (but not the exercise plan the first time around). I used intermittent fasting to establish an 8-hour eating window and starting tracking my macros (the amount of fat, protein and carbs) I eat each day. On my last day of round one, I had lost 16 pounds and 16 inches.
